Robyn Leeman’s journey to President is rooted in grit, growth, and a deep respect for the foundation laid before her. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Robyn began her career in an administrative role and steadily rose through the organization, earning every step through years of selfless dedication and a commitment to continuous learning. Her path reflects not just upward mobility, but a true understanding of the business from the inside out.

Over the years, Robyn has worn many hats—accountant, controller, and head of Human Resources—bringing both precision and empathy to each role. Her leadership is shaped by this well-rounded experience, allowing her to balance financial insight with a strong focus on people and culture. Beyond her work within the company, Robyn’s entrepreneurial spirit has led her to launch and operate several successful ventures. One standout was Dirty Paws, a forward-thinking pet grooming business that introduced one of the area’s first owner-assisted self-wash concepts—an innovation that reflected her ability to anticipate needs and create meaningful solutions.

At heart, Robyn is also a farmer’s wife, deeply connected to the land and the life it sustains. Alongside her husband, she proudly tends their family homestead, where they have owned and shown Belgian horses and care for a wide range of animals. She finds joy in nurturing all of God’s creatures, and takes great pride in gardening and maintaining their properties. This same dedication carries into her role at ABT, where she leads with integrity, humility, and a hands-on approach that reflects both her professional expertise and her personal values.

Kelly Clayton-Cheslyn has been the driving force behind the strength, culture, and spirit of the ABT team.

A natural relationship builder, Kelly has spent decades cultivating meaningful partnerships across the industry. She leads with intention—curating best-in-class product lines, collaborating closely with manufacturers, and ensuring every offering reflects the highest standards of quality, style, and breadth. Her hands-on leadership extends to mentoring sales teams and providing white-glove service to clients whenever it matters most.

An Indiana native, Kelly has always brought energy and leadership to every endeavor. From her early years with diving, cheerleading and continued bonds with life-long friends to her transition into the business world, Kelly has consistently stepped into roles that connect people and create momentum. Her early work in property development and management helped lay the foundation for her long-standing career. After running an Indianapolis development company’s exclusive multimillion dollar property acquisition in a Chicago suburb, she left the corporate world to move back home and join her sister to expand ABT’s specialty materials distribution business, helping transform it into a recognized industry leader.

Kelly played a pivotal role by introducing ABT’s products to the architectural and design community. As the company grew while she developed and nurtured client and supplier relationships, she naturally evolved into multiple leadership roles spanning product procurement, sales management and operations. She continues to be a key force behind organizing impactful events that bring industry partners together—fostering collaboration, innovation, and lasting relationships. Kelly’s commitment to her work is fueled by pride and purpose, both of which extend to the hardworking team she leads and supports.

Outside of work, Kelly’s greatest joy is her family along with her love for faithful friends and all animals, great and small. She and her husband also treasure time spent with their grandchildren. She also has a strong passion for giving back. Whether rescuing animals in need, staying involved with the Stephen Ministry program at her church, or supporting other meaningful charitable initiatives, Kelly leads with compassion, truth and loyalty in every aspect of her life

Jessica Cline plays an essential role behind the scenes at Architectural Brick & Tile, managing purchasing, stocking inventory, and logistics with exceptional organization and attention to detail. For Jessica, there is a genuine sense of accomplishment in making sure a client’s materials arrive accurately and on time, helping keep projects moving from selection through installation.

A graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Interior Design, Jessica joined ABT more than 20 years ago after a former college friend introduced her to the company. Since then, she has become a trusted and invaluable part of the team, combining her understanding of the design industry with years of purchasing and operational experience.

Jessica is a natural organizer who thrives on setting goals, managing details, and seeing things through to completion. She especially values ABT’s close-knit, family-owned environment and the support and collaboration that have remained an important part of the company throughout her career.

Outside of ABT, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially exploring new hiking trails together. She also treasures time with her close friends and the opportunity to catch up whenever they can.

Ann Zimmerman brings more than 32 years of design experience, extensive product knowledge, and a steady hand to ABT’s Residential & Commercial Sales team. A graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Interior Design, Ann discovered her career path early, inspired by a love of styling spaces and managing projects for family and friends.

Throughout her career, Ann has held a variety of design, commercial interiors, project management, and facility management positions, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how projects move from concept through completion. At ABT, she assists clients with finish selections, project management, ordering, and problem-solving, always with an eye toward the finished space.

Ann has a particular talent for making clients feel comfortable and confident in a showroom filled with possibilities. She understands that the selection and construction process can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she takes pride in managing expectations, navigating challenges, and finding solutions that lead to the best possible outcome.

After a lifetime of projects, Ann still finds tremendous satisfaction in seeing the finished photographs and knowing she helped create a space someone truly loves.

Outside of ABT, Ann enjoys her dogs, boating, campfires with family and friends, and traveling overseas.

Jessica Gallagher brings design expertise, business insight, and a distinctive creative perspective to ABT’s Residential & Commercial Sales team. A trained interior designer, Jessica graduated with honors from Purdue University after returning to school as an adult to pursue her passion for design. Her diverse professional background gives her a unique ability to approach projects creatively, strategically, and with exceptional attention to detail.

As a Commercial A&D and Residential Design Sales Specialist, Jessica enjoys being deeply involved in the design process… from collaborating with clients and industry professionals to curating products, attending Coverings, contributing to marketing, and helping shape ABT’s evolving direction.

Jessica is also deeply connected to the design community through ASID, IDCI, and IIDA, including leadership roles as ASID Professional Development Director and IDCI Vice President of Legislation.

What motivates Jessica most is creating environments that bring happiness, comfort, and pride. She loves the moment when the right combination of materials comes together and a client can see their vision taking shape.

Outside of ABT, Jessica enjoys traveling, Pilates, nature walks, concerts, reading, great food, and spending time with family, friends, and her beloved animals.

Betsy Lackey brings creativity, energy, and a natural eye for presentation to the ABT showroom. A graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Betsy joined ABT in 2019 after spending several years in real estate and raising her three daughters. What began as an unexpected career turn quickly became the perfect outlet for her creative side.

Today, Betsy plays an integral role in shaping the visual experience of the showroom. She works closely with Kelly to bring new products onto the floor, merchandise walls, maintain sample areas, and continually refresh displays as new collections arrive. With an extraordinary variety of materials to showcase, Betsy enjoys the challenge of making each display feel organized, inspiring, and beautifully considered.

She also loves the collaborative spirit at ABT and is always willing to step in and assist clients when the showroom gets busy. For Betsy, there’s nothing better than watching a display or a client’s project come together.

Outside of ABT, Betsy enjoys traveling with her husband and three daughters, snow skiing, pickleball, working out, and relaxing on the beach with a good book.

Frederick Ulrey III brings a unique combination of design, construction, and high-end hospitality experience to his role at Architectural Brick & Tile. With more than a decade in the tile and stone industry, Frederick approaches each project with creativity, extensive product knowledge, and a commitment to making the selection process both enjoyable and personal.

His career began in high-end restaurant hospitality, followed by experience in fine jewelry sales and design. He later moved into construction project management and design consulting, developing a valuable understanding of how thoughtful material selections come together within a home.

Frederick enjoys guiding clients from their first idea through final selections, making sure every detail, piece, and possibility has been considered. He is especially known for tracking down the elusive “unicorn tile,” whether it is difficult to find, supposedly discontinued, or simply something a client has not been able to locate anywhere else.

Above all, Frederick wants clients to feel comfortable, inspired, and excited throughout the process. He believes creating a home should be a memorable experience and takes pride in following through on what he promises.

Outside of ABT, Frederick enjoys spending time with his wife and children and cycling long distances outdoors.

As a Design Consultant with Architectural Brick & Tile, Tamra Wieringa helps designers and homeowners select distinctive tile and stone that elevate their spaces. She specializes in guiding clients toward the defining details that bring personality, harmony, and lasting beauty to a design.

Her passion for architecture was shaped by her time living in Berlin, where she studied European building methods and developed a deep appreciation for creative expression and unconventional design. Earlier in her career, Tamra founded a successful translation and consulting firm serving major corporations and government organizations, earning national recognition before relocating to Colorado to design and build a mountain-style home. Upon returning to the Indianapolis area, she pursued formal studies in kitchen design.

Today, Tamra partners with clients at any stage of the design process—whether they need direction or have a clear vision. She loves the collaborative search for the perfect material and finds the greatest reward in helping people create spaces they truly love.

A lifelong creative, Tamra enjoys photography, writing, and exploring architecture through travel. She speaks conversational German and continues to expand her French and Spanish, pairing her love of language with a passion for travel, alpine skiing, and scuba diving.

Chris Madden brings precision, practical insight, and a solution-driven approach to his role as a Masonry Estimator and Sales Specialist at Architectural Brick & Tile. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Chris applies the discipline and attention to detail developed through his military experience to every project he takes on.

Working closely with builders and architects, Chris enjoys getting involved early in the process, identifying potential challenges before they become costly problems and helping projects move forward successfully. He has a particular talent for finding products that satisfy both the design vision and the realities of a project’s budget.

For Chris, the most rewarding part of his work is finding solutions. Whether contributing to someone’s dream home, a commercial development, or another recognizable project around Indianapolis, he takes pride in knowing his work will become part of the community around him.

That connection to Indianapolis extends beyond his work. Outside of ABT, Chris is likely to be enjoying some of the city’s best-known destinations, including Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Lucas Oil Stadium, taking in the sports and events that make Indy home.

With masonry in his blood, Brian brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Stone & Masonry Sales at Architectural Brick & Tile. The son and grandson of brick masons who each spent more than 40 years in the trade, Brian grew up carrying hod and laying brick alongside his family. Those early experiences gave him a firsthand appreciation for the craftsmanship behind masonry and a connection to the industry that continues today.

While learning the trade, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business before building a career in masonry sales. Since then, he has worked with some of Central Indiana’s most prominent custom home builders, helping builders and homeowners select brick and stone combinations that bring their vision to life.

A natural communicator, Brian enjoys being involved from the initial selection and design process through project completion. He takes pride in doing whatever is needed to keep a project moving and loves seeing a finished home come together—so much so that his family jokes he points out every project he’s worked on whenever they drive by.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys family, friends, golfing with his boys, and traveling to the Caribbean.

Matt Walker brings hands-on masonry experience, commercial expertise, and a strong understanding of the construction process to ABT’s Masonry & Stone Division, specializing in brick and stone for commercial projects throughout Indiana.

Matt’s connection to the industry began at a young age as a hod carrier, where he developed an appreciation for the masonry trade from the ground up. He later joined a leading brick manufacturer, completed Brick School, and ultimately transitioned into commercial masonry sales. That progression gives Matt a valuable perspective on both the materials and the people it takes to bring complex projects to life.

Today, Matt works closely with architects, commercial general contractors, and community leaders, building relationships and helping identify materials that deliver the right balance of design, performance, and value. What motivates him most is being part of projects that become lasting pieces of the communities where people live, work, learn, and heal.

A proud United States Navy veteran, Matt brings a disciplined, dependable, and team-oriented approach to his work and takes pride in being available when his clients need him.

Outside of ABT, Matt enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their three daughters.

Tim Owen brings more than 30 years of natural stone expertise to Architectural Brick & Tile, specializing in stone and brick for high-end residential projects. After building and owning his own company, Tim was recruited by ABT to help expand its presence and expertise in natural stone, bringing extensive knowledge that reaches from exterior and interior applications to landscape stone and boulders.

Over the course of his career, Tim has developed lasting relationships throughout the industry and the Indianapolis community. His depth of experience gives him an exceptional understanding of natural stone, from color and quality to selecting materials suited for specific applications and the demands of the Midwest climate.

Tim is known for taking ownership of a project and staying with it through completion. He is a determined advocate for his clients and believes the right outcome matters most, even when the easiest solution is not necessarily the best one. He enjoys a challenge and takes tremendous pride in seeing a project completed to his client’s satisfaction.

At the heart of Tim’s drive are his two boys. They are his greatest motivation and the reason behind the determination he brings to everything he does.

Bringing a fresh creative perspective to Architectural Brick & Tile, Alyssa Elie combines her background in interior design with a passion for marketing, visual storytelling, and thoughtful design. In her role focused on Marketing & Design, Alyssa helps showcase ABT, its products, and the brands we represent through social media, web content, marketing, and creative design.

Alyssa recently graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Interior Design, where she was also a member of the National Honor Society. Her education strengthened her eye for design and detail while giving her a strong creative foundation that she is excited to bring to the tile and stone industry.

Detail-oriented and organized by nature, Alyssa enjoys taking an idea and transforming it into something polished, cohesive, and visually engaging. She especially enjoys finding new ways to showcase products and using design to help tell the ABT story. She is excited to continue expanding her industry knowledge while using her creativity to support both the ABT team and its customers.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, staying active outdoors, exploring new places, and traveling.

Dawn brings warmth, organization, and a genuine love of people to her role in Showroom Support at Architectural Brick & Tile. She enjoys welcoming clients, designers, and industry partners while keeping showroom samples organized and supporting the team wherever needed.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Dawn spent five years working in HR and 14 years as a preschool teacher before joining ABT. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ease with people make her a natural fit for the showroom.

Dawn especially enjoys the ABT environment and watching clients bring their designs to life. Outside of work, she enjoys family and friends, reading, shopping, and binge-watching her favorite shows.

Shelli brings creativity, organization, and a strong eye for presentation to her role in Showroom Support at Architectural Brick & Tile. With a background in merchandising, she especially enjoys designing wall spaces, refreshing displays, and helping create a showroom that feels beautiful, inspiring, and welcoming.

Shelli also enjoys assisting clients with their selections, whether it’s finding the special tile from an inspiration photo or helping choose the perfect backsplash. Seeing clients get excited when new products arrive—or when they discover exactly what they’ve been looking for—is one of her favorite parts of the job.

Outside of ABT, Shelli enjoys gardening, cooking, bike rides, and spending time with family and friends.

Since joining Architectural Brick & Tile in 2017, Teresa has brought a positive attitude, patience, and a genuine interest in people to her role in Showroom Support. She enjoys hearing about customers’ home improvement projects, learning what they hope to accomplish, and connecting them with the right member of the ABT team to help bring their ideas to life.

Teresa especially values the supportive environment at ABT and takes pride in being part of a women-owned business within her community. Her friendly nature and positive outlook help make visitors feel comfortable and welcome.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time outdoors and bringing new life to her gardens and flowers.

Rick Zirkle oversees shipping and receiving and manages the warehouse where customers pick up their orders at Architectural Brick & Tile. He enjoys working directly with customers and contributing to the welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere within the company.

Rick began his career with Architectural Brick & Tile over 30 years ago after being given the opportunity through a family connection. Over time, he has grown his responsibilities within the company and become a trusted, steady presence in warehouse operations.

What he enjoys most is seeing customers leave satisfied and confident, knowing they have the right materials for their projects. He is motivated by the consistency of the warehouse environment and the satisfaction of helping ensure every order is accurate, organized, and ready when needed. Known for his reliability and strong organizational skills, Rick takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, tending to his garden, caring for his fish tanks, and relaxing with movies and video games.
